The Longhills Village Property Owner's Association exists to provide for maintenance, preservation, and architectural control of the Longhills Village Subdivision.

The POA is responsible for the maintenance, preservation, and architectural control of the Longhills Village Subdivision. For more information, please see the Bill of Assurance, Articles of Incorporation and/or the By-Laws.

All recorded lot owners of the Longhills Village Subdivision are members of the POA.

Any member of the POA who is in good standing (see By Laws for a description of members in good standing).

The Bill of Assurance is a signed covenant that is binding on all property owners. Agreement on this covenant is made at the time of closing during the purchase of a Longhills Village property. The Bill of Assurance seeks to assure that the beauty of our community is maintained and preserved. The POA board has been given the authority to enforce all covenants.

All POA dues are spent to conduct the business of the POA board. Such business includes the preservation and maintenance of our community. For more information, please see the Treasury Report.

It is always best to meet with your neighbor face to face to discuss any annoying activities. If a personal face to face meeting does not resolve your issue, we suggest that you do one of the following: 1. If the activity is NOT illegal and is a violation of the LHVPOA bill of assurance or by-laws, go to the POA Board page and reach out to the Compliance officer. Examples of such violations may include but are not exclusive to parking issues 2. If you believe the activity IS illegal, do not report this issue to the POA board, instead call the Benton Police Department.

File a police report and provide the report to the POA who will be able to obtain and provide any footage captured that might be helpful to the police.  The POA cannot provide footage without a police report.
